The HoneyBower® enclosed apiary with a configurable flight path solves a problem that many backyard beekeepers experience: How to share the limited space in your backyard with thousands of bees?
At first I created it for my own use during my first year as a backyard beekeeper. Then after seeing how well it kept the immediate area free of bees, I decided to share the idea with others and bring it to market.
The HoneyBower product and brand will soon be launched as my way of celebrating my transition into retirement after a long career in the software industry. (I guess my idea of fun is to start a business!)
I’m in the middle of my first production run, so I’ve got my work cut out for me!
