Basting Tape

Use basting tape instead of pins when sewing your apiary enclosure to ensure even seams and hems. Basting tapes are left permanently in place and are invisible. Unlike some basting tapes, this double-sided mylar film with acrylic adhesive specifically bonds well to vinyl. It is strong, neat, and nearly invisible.
If any needle gumming occurs, intermittently clean the needle with an alcohol swab or an adhesive remover.
