Partner Products
To return a product purchased from a partner, please contact them directly and follow the instructions outlined in their return policy.
HoneyBower Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the enclosed apiary kit or other product purchased directly from HoneyBower, you may return it to us for a full refund, according the following requirements.
Requirements
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, and be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return the package.
To return an item:
- Email [email protected] and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Unless otherwise noted, send the return to the following address:

Refunds
We will process the return after we receive and inspect the condition of the package and returned item(s). Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your shipment to process the return. Refunds might take from 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Ebooks and other downloaded products
- Any item that is on sale
