Precut shade cloth for the lower walls and front panel of the Harrogate Edition of the HoneyBower enclosed apiary. The fire-resistant ExtraBlock fabric meets NFPA-701 fire-resistance requirements established by the California Fire Marshall and is 100% recyclable. Length: 6 2/3 yards Width: 36 inches

White agricultural insect netting for the upper walls and top of the enclosed apiary. This netting has a very small gauge that prevents no-see-ums and other small insects from passing through. Width: 12 feet

Two precut marine vinyl windows. The enclosed apiary has optional windows on each side, so you can watch the activity on the landing board at close range.

DOT^® Common Sense^®  turn-button fabric-to-fabric fastener in Government Black finish. Each fastener has a grommet, washer, turn button, and back plate.  These fasteners are recommended, but optional. The apiary enclosure is designed for years of service, although the fuzzy side of the hook and loop might start to degrade after years of exposure. In such a case, the turn-button fasteners provide a backup mechanism to hold the front panel in place. They also serve as anchor points when the front panel is partially opened, and make it more difficult for small children and raccoons to open the enclosure.

DOT^® Durable^™ brass snaps with Government Black finish. Each snap has a cap, socket, stud, and post. The snaps are used to secure the free edge of the enclosure around the supporting frame on each side of the entrance.  If you don't mind a less polished appearance, you can use zip ties instead.

Double-sided sticky wrap is used for the anchor straps that hold the enclosure to the frame.
